A young swine judging competitor in the 1960s gets great ranching experiences through the Future Farmers of America chapter in Tuttle. Young men and women in the Tuttle area have enjoyed the learning opportunities made possible by FFA since this chapter was chartered in 1933. A national Gold Emblem Chapter, Tuttle FFA manages its own farm and arena. FFA bears the motto: “Learning to do. Doing to learn. Earning to live. Living to serve.”
The Tuttle Then and Now gallery displayed at the First National Bank & Trust Co. in Tuttle was designed to commemorate the people and places that make Tuttle unique. FNBT has been an independent community bank serving central and southwest Oklahoma since 1892.
