Vice-President, Regional Account Manager

As the vice-president and account manager at The First National Bank and Trust Company, my responsibilities include day-to-day leadership and management that mirrors the core values and mission of our organization. My daily goals are to coach, train, and develop staff in identifying, implementing, and maintaining sound banking practices and customer service. I believe leadership is empowering and contagious – this describes me best!

I have more than 30 years of banking experience, starting my career in banking as a new account representative in Mangum, Oklahoma, in 1992. I advanced through the ranks, holding positions of teller, new account representative, sales/marketing director, supervisor, and bank manager.

My husband and I also ran a successful business for seven years. Business ownership gave me a unique perspective on banking.  I can identify with our customers regarding the joys and challenges of being a business owner. 

Serving others and God are priorities in my life. I have served in my local church for many years, for the most part, teaching and working with children. I have also served on numerous community and organizational boards, including the Chamber of Commerce Board, Education Foundation Board, Lions Club, American Legion, Employee Stock Ownership Chairman, Marketing Committee, and Executive Committee. 

My husband and I have been married for over 34 years and have four grown children and four precious grandchildren. I enjoy spending time with family, shopping, organizing, fishing, and traveling, but my favorite is being a Grammy! I enjoy serving others. I believe when I am serving others, I am at my best. My goal is to provide not only great service but also create a special and joyful banking experience. I have been called genuine and unique; I believe you will find this to be true.
